1. Refund Policy:

   • Endorphin Corporation offers a full refund for paid webinar registrations if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled webinar date.
   • Refund requests made within 7 days of the webinar date will not be eligible for a refund.
   • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the refund request.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Registrants can cancel their webinar registration at any time before the scheduled webinar date.
   • To cancel a registration, participants must contact Endorphin Corporation via email on info@endorphin.in or phone call on +91 7558 483 424 with their registration details.
   • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the webinar date will receive a full refund.
   • Cancellations made within 7 days of the webinar date will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Rescheduling Policy:

   • Participants may request to reschedule their webinar registration to another available session, subject to availability.
   • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled webinar date.
   • Endorphin Corporation reserves the right to deny rescheduling requests based on availability and capacity constraints.

4. Non-Attendance Policy:

   • Participants who fail to attend the webinar without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
   • No-shows will forfeit their registration fee without exception.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:

   • Endorphin Corporation understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, participants may request exceptions to the refund and cancellation policy.
   • Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by Endorphin Corporation’s management team.
